- A minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in Public Administration is required.
- Eligible countries for School of Government include: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, and others listed.
- Eligible countries for School of Local Governance also include: Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, among others.
- English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS or 79 in TOEFL iBT.
