Refund and Withdrawal Policy

  • Full Withdrawal: Students withdrawing before the start of the term will receive a full refund of course fees.
  • Partial Refunds: Students withdrawing during the add/drop period will receive 75% of course fees. Those withdrawing after the add/drop period but before four weeks from final exams will receive 50% of the fees.
  • No Refunds: For withdrawals made during or after the four weeks preceding final exams, no refunds will be issued.
